Because of the digital nature of all of my products, and the fact that after purchase you get instant access to them and you can download them on your device, or access the whole content of my courses, all my products are not returnable, and I don’t do refunds nor cancellations.

I try my best to describe in detail every product, and to take listing pictures and videos that describe very well what you’re going to receive. I’m sorry I don’t accept any sponsored post, guest writer submission, giveaway, products to review- or requests to promote anything. Please note I’m unable to give my attention and respond to this type of emails.

I am always more than happy to share my love, JOY and passion as much as possible. For magazines, I’m currently available to write articles about my topics, and can provide professional photography. Your contact and private informations are used solely for service purposes (for digital delivery of products purchased in my shop, to contact you in case there are problems with your orders, if you subscribe to my Substack newsletter to receive it in your inbox, to respond to your communications if you write me) and tax purposes (for my business taxes). Your personal information is very important to me, and I do not sell or share any of your information with third parties (except for tax purposes, since I’m obliged by law to do that). I may also be obliged by law to disclose data if I receive a request from an appropriate authority.

I don’t use analytics to track visitor’s interaction with my site, because of a deliberate, intentional choice for my peace and wellbeing.
