Whether you have a question about my active courses, need to contact me about your purchase, or simply wish to share with me a reflection from your morning journals or a little story of your life, my studio doors are gently open.

Every message sent here lands directly inside my private letterbox, for me to read with pleasure, intention and deep care. Please know that this digital sanctuary is a wild, beautiful, one-woman show. I do not have a team of assistants or a customer service department. It is just me, sitting at my studio table with my laptop and my paintbrushes, running this entire business from the depths of my soul.

Because of this, my days are a delicate dance, and my wellbeing is my priority. Since I fiercely protect my quiet space and a calm nervous system, please allow a few unhurried days for a mindful response.

Please understand it is impossible for me to write a personal reply to every single letter- but I read, treasure and cherish every single word you send me.
