Nurturing Myself Deeply

Today I wanted to leave trace on my blog  of this Date With Myself & Nature Adventure in October.

I never cease to marvel at the level of personal growth, empowerment and awareness I’ve reached, and all the blessings it is bringing me on a daily basis.

Never in a million years I would have thought to be able to drive the miles and climb mountains, and become this “force of Nature” that follows her heart and her bliss no matter what! I’ve been transformed in all ways, also in regards to my values and priorities. Differently from how it used to be, now for me my wellbeing and my own happiness come first.

I had a wonderful day in the mountains, savoring stillness, solitude, and the astounding silence. Boy do I need all of that to recharge and keep myself happy and balanced on all levels.

I know what I need, and I give it to myself intentionally.

I even laughed an awful lot after a fun (and a tad terrifying, let’s admit that) adventure with a lot of mountain goats, with incredibly long horns, that all of a sudden were all around me, and even wanted to eat my croissants!! LOL

NO. WAY. Nobody can touch my croissants! :)

Fortunately the sheperd called them, and they disappeared as fast as they had arrived.

Another one of the amazing things that can happen when you are out in Nature, experiencing life to the fullest. A Nature Adventure that I won’t forget for sure!

And then it was time to descend along mountain roads, and drive back home. The colors were changing, the days getting shorter. What an amazing time of the year! I took the time to stop and savor it all.

xoxo,
